Sustainable construction is booming. There is increasing concern for the environment and, consequently, the construction of homes or work spaces in accordance with the idea of sustainability . But we must not forget about the old built stock, which does not comply with any sustainability regulations and consumes large amounts of energy with the consequent emission of enormous amounts of carbon. In this sense, the PAS-E follows the recommendations of the European directive on energy efficiency in terms of rehabilitation. This is a community support plan and a building rehabilitation plan that outlines the steps to follow in a sustainable way and adapted to the needs of people.
Decarbonization of the building stock According to Directive (EU) 2018/844 on energy efficiency , the complete decarbonization of the built stock of the European Union is required by 2050, so PAS-E was born to accelerate this process in our country. It is an instrument demanded Buy Email Database by experts in the sector, after recognizing the need for high-quality, useful and reliable technical instruments. Try to respond to these needs by integrating the Energy Efficiency Certificate, the Building Book or the Building Assessment Report . The objective of this Building Passport is to accompany the neighborhood communities in the rehabilitation process, through the five stipulated phases: diagnosis, planning, commitment, execution and evaluation.
This tool has a double role. On the one hand, define an investment program over time to achieve the building's energy efficiency , considering the contributions, organizing the investments and their energy and environmental returns. And, on the other hand, it must allow users to become aware of their dependence on fossil fuels, emphasizing the need for a change in the energy model . Urban regeneration must be promoted within the framework of energy efficiency in order to get closer to European goals and join the decarbonization bandwagon, and it is up to us to develop the necessary measures and instruments to accelerate the transition. This plan aims to adapt to the needs of each building by improving its habitability in three aspects: the technical quality of the construction systems and facilities, the functional quality of the homes and the efficiency in the use of resources , especially energy and water.
